I thought since spring is here.This would be a yummy addition to our recipe box .Enjoy !   MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE   1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, undrained 1 package (18-1/4 ounces) yellow cake mix 1/2 cup vegetable oil 4 eggs 1 teaspoon orange extract   Topping 2 cups cold milk 1 package (3.4 ounces)instant vanilla pudding mix 1 can (6 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple,drained 1 carton (8 ounces)frozen whipped toping thawed     DIRECTIONS Drain oranges, reserving juice. Set oranges aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cake mix, oil, eggs, orange extract and reserved juice on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.     For topping, in a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Fold in pineapple and reserved oranges, then fold in whipped topping. Frost the cake. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.     Yield: 12-16 servings.

	Prayer Request Sometimes we just need the love of good friends in the Lord.Bad things happen to all of us .Good things to. Prayers go out this week to :   Chuck Lundy .Chuck had Pneumonia he is now at home and feeling better =) Vicky Young on the loss of her beloved dad. Me...I had a colonoscopy last Tuesday .There was one place they couldn't take out  Results will be on Tuesday April 17th. A personal one from me. Anna Nicole Smith. She was a human being after all.One of God's children .Drugs can mess up a life .But the way her life has been drug thru the media is a shame .We should love one another .It was a crime there was no one around that cared enuf to help her .I do hope Dannielynn has a good life and that this circus of who the father is ends soon .It's funny that all they seem to care about is the money .   Our Troops and Our Pets ,the furry ones need our prayers too with this toxic pet food scare and of course each other, the homeless and helpless.   Do a random act of kindness this week.If you get to the end of your rope, hang on and yell.Your friends will come running =) God Bless !
